It's truly wonderful to appreciate and unravel what a person is because looks and words are transient and because the person you appreciate feels wonderful to be acknowledged for those intrinsic qualities rather than that what meets just the eye. I am sure an employer-employee relationship would grow positively with such appreciation at the right time and the right moment...any relationship for that matter.
